Do I get e-mail mailboxes with my hosting?
Yes, all teclan's hosting packages come with mailboxes. The number of mailboxes varies with each package.
How do I find out how much bandwidth I need?
To find out how much bandwidth you are currently using, either ask your current hosting company or check your current web statistics. Bandwidth is very important when choosing the right hosting package.
Does teclan's hosting support my_SQL databases?

Is there downtime when I transfer my hosting to teclan?
There is not normally any downtime when you transfer your hosting to teclan. This is because before we transfer your hosting we copy your current site onto our servers, so that when the transfer is propagating throughout the Internet users will see your site on either your old host or on the teclan servers (for a 24 to 48 hour period).
How long does it take to set up hosting?
The set up of your hosting area is very quick and can be done almost immediately. It is the transfer of the nameservers propagating throughout the Internet that can take up to between 24 to 48 hours.
What happens if I use up all my disk space and bandwidth?
Unlike some other hosting companies, we do not immediately suspend your hosting if you go over your bandwidth. If you go over your allotted bandwidth we will get in touch with you to recommend an upgrade to a higher level of hosting. Remember, it is good news if your bandwidth goes up because it means that traffic to your website is increasing.
